  • Working Hours: 10 PM – 6 AM, Monday to Friday

As a Night Owl Support Hero, you’ll manage tickets, resolve IT issues, and assist customers with inquiries—ensuring that their problems are solved before the sun rises. Your expertise in technical support, coupled with your ability to troubleshoot and guide customers, will help us provide seamless service across time zones. Whether you’re tackling a technical issue or answering an inquiry, you’ll be the problem solver who keeps everything running smoothly.

While your main focus will be on English-speaking customers, your role is key in delivering top-notch customer support in the fast-paced world of IT and Fintech. If you’re ready to turn late-night hours into productive moments, we want to hear from you!
